Applications for enrolment can be made by completing a Kyalami Schools (NPC) application form • Application must be signed by both parents/guardians.
The supporting documents that are required when submitting the application form are as follows:

• A copy of the pupil’s latest school report (not required for Grade 0000-00) • A copy of the pupil’s birth certificate • Proof of residence (Municipal rates account or levies account.) • Proof of payment of the application fee of R500.00 • Banking details: Kyalami Schools NPC, ABSA, Branch: Fourways, Branch Code: 632005, Account No: 4113956041, Ref: Pupil name and surname.

scholarship application

Parents are encouraged to make an application for enrolment to Beaulieu College at least 18 months prior to their child commencing in grade 8.  This will assist parents in securing a place since the high demand for places means that placement cannot be guaranteed. Pupils are only considered for placement once they have successfully completed a diagnostic test in English and Mathematics. The successful candidate and their parents/guardians will be invited to attend an interview with one of the Executive members of staff at Beaulieu College.

Applications for enrolment into Grade 8 for 2026 are now open.

Applications for entry into Grade 8 to Grade 11 2026 can be made by completing a Kyalami Schools (NPC) application form • Application must be signed by both parents/guardians. The supporting documents that are required when submitting the application form are as follows:

• A copy of the pupil’s latest school report • A copy of the pupil’s birth certificate • Proof of residence (Municipal rates account or levies account.) • Proof of payment of the application fee of R500.00 • Banking details: KSNPC, First National Bank, Branch: Sandton City, Branch Code: 250655, Account No: 625 103 716 94, Ref: Pupil name and surname.
